Refund and Returns Policy

At ZyrOrganics, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (organic items), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • The product delivered is not what you ordered (wrong item).

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • The return request is raised more than 7 days after delivery.
  • The product was purchased during a sale or promotion (unless damaged).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@zyrorganics.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photo or video proof (for damaged/wrong items)
  3. Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are FREE.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, or before they are shipped (whichever is earlier).
  • To cancel an order, email us at support@zyrorganics.com with your Order ID.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct one or issue a refund, depending on availability.
